WHEN do items need to be returned by?
Items must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase for no restocking fee to apply. After this time the items
may be refused return or a restocking fee apply.
WHERE do items need to be returned to?
Returned by courier or freight forwarding company to 2/31 Jack Williams Drive, Penrith NSW 2750
HOW do customers return items?
Customers must contact Valvelink Pty Ltd by phone or email at firstname.lastname@example.org for a Return Authority Form.
This must accompany the goods been sent back.
SHIPPING for returns?
Shipping is refundable if a mistake has been made by Valvelink Pty Ltd
CREDIT for returns?
Customers will be credited to the same method they used to purchase the original goods.
Instore return option?
Instore returns are accepted during normal business hours.
